I am delighted to share my video podcast with Zerodha Varsity on my co-authored research on retirement planning for India. Our research highlights the glaring deficiency in the way typical retirement plans are made and presents an alternative method to design retirement plans. Our proposed approach of using the Safe Withdrawal Rate (SWR) is not only a significantly more robust way of constructing retirement plans, but is also more intuitive and simple to implement.
